There is currently an incompatibility between Factiva and the proxy service we use to provide authorized off-campus access to JCU Library resources. While the vendor works to provide a fix for this, you will have to use an alternate method to access Factiva. If you are on-campus, you can use the link from our A-Z Database List. If you are off-campus, you must first download the JCU VPN client and connect using the VPN prior to accessing Factiva via the link on our A-Z Database List.
