Q. Can I post flyers for my event in the Library?
The library follows the campus posting policy, including the information below.
For Student groups and non-University groups:
- All posters/flyers from student organizations or outside groups must be approved in advance by the Office of Student Engagement (OSE). Students should bring the original flyer to OSE for approval before making copies.
- All promotional materials and advertisements must have this OSE “approved for posting” notice displayed on each promotional piece prior to posting.
For University Departments:
- Postings sponsored by a University department do not require content approval from the Office of Student Engagement prior to posting, but they must be sure to follow all other campus posting policies.
All posters/flyers should be brought to the Library Help Desk for distribution throughout the Library's display areas. Overall display decisions will be based on space availability.
