Q. How can I renew my book?
JCU and Ohiolink books are set for automatic renewals. You will receive an email when the item is auto-renewed.
Beyond that, there are a few ways in which you can renew your Library items if they are eligible for renewals:
- Sign into your Library account and select which books you would like to renew. You would then select the Renew icon.
- Call the Help Desk,and we can renew it for you.
- Chat the Library through the Ask Us tab on our website, and we can renew it for you.
****Items can not renewed if there is a hold on the item.
*****InterLibrary Loan items are renewed through a non-automated system in which the lending school is contacted to approve the renewal. Please email ill@jcu.edu to begin this process.
