If you are on-campus (or off), the most likely cause of this is that another school's ebook has shown up in you search results. Our QuickSearch checks OhioLINK holdings for you in case you want to request a book, but sometimes a record for an ebook that we're not subscribed to will turn up. In these cases, check to see if there's a physical copy you can request via OhioLINK.

If you are off-campus and the ebook is one of ours, make sure you are authenticating correctly. If you aren't properly logged in you will be denied access.
