If you are on-campus, the cause is often that the user is using Guest internet access. Please first check that you are logged into one of the secure JCU networks using your JCU single sign-on / network user ID and password.

If you are off-campus, try logging into your JCU library account, or use the JCU VPN (see instructions from JCU ITS: https://jcu.edu/its/services/wireless-and-phones/vpn).
