Q. How do I print in the Library?
JCU uses the Mobility Print software for printing on campus.
If you are interested in printing from your personal phone, laptop, or tablet, you must download this software through the ITS website.
If you are printing from a Library Lab computer, please follow these steps:
- Double click on the green Mobility Print icon on the desktop.
- Select “Yes” to allow the program to run.
- Select your language.
- Agree to the legal agreement.
- On the List of Printers screen:
- Unselect the first printer: AD 07
- Scroll to the alphabetical Public section of the printer list and select:
- publibcommonscolor for the color printer in the Computer Commons.
- publibref for the black and white Printer in the Computer Commons.
- Select “See more” from the Print screen to choose the newly installed printers.
