Librarians are available to support students and faculty in all academic departments. For library research and instruction needs, please reach out to the library in whichever way you find comfortable:
- Fill out the form at this link: https://bit.ly/jculibinstruction and a librarian respond to your request.
- Contact the librarian you know the best, and we will coordinate to find the best person to assist you.
- Call the Library Help Desk - 216.397.4233 or email library@jcu.edu or chat on the library's website
Note: The library does not currently have a library liaison program.

Due to staffing changes and limits to the three librarians serving the entire campus, we are adjusting the coverage of Library Instruction and research support. Please use this form to request a library instruction session with a librarian: https://bit.ly/jculibinstruction. Another option is to use our new suite of InfoLit course modules. InfoLit - Core is more general, while InfoLit - Health Sciences focuses more deeply on research in the sciences.
